The location is awesome, right by the Malecon with amazing ocean views. The Superior Room with Ocean View had a nice balcony and great amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV, and the comfy bed was a plus. There are three pools, which are perfect for cooling off. The restaurant offers tasty meals and room service is quick.

The ocean view from my Superior Room was breathtaking. waking up to waves crashing was pure magic! The pool area was perfectly serene, giving us a chill vibe without the crowd. Plus, the location made exploring the town as easy as a quick stroll!

I spent 5 nights in the Superior Room Ocean View. The view was stunning, sunrise over the ocean made my mornings special. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Zocalo and nearby attractions. The pool areas were nice too, but they could use more umbrellas. I had good meals at the hotel restaurant, especially the fresh, locally caught fish. Unfortunately, service at the restaurant wasn’t great on one night. we waited an hour for our meal, which was disappointing. I also experienced an issue with my air conditioning. it wasn't cooling properly, making it uncomfortable at times. The staff were friendly and attentive, though some seemed overwhelmed during busy times.

The elegant decor of Emporio combined with its accessibility makes it a lovely retreat. The ramps and spacious areas made it easy to navigate, and the view from my room was simply enchanting, a delightful perk for anyone visiting.

More staff assistance for seniors would be appreciated.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its comfortable bed, outdoor swimming pool, and great internet access. The staff helped me print my boarding pass during my first stay. I highly recommend it! Coming back soon for a city trip.

The Superior Room Ocean View was super spacious and had an incredible view of the port. The bed was really comfortable, which made sleeping great. Everything worked fine—air conditioning, plumbing, and TV were all good. Just felt like the furnishings were a bit simpler than I expected, but overall a cool spot to relax.

The hotel offers an amazing view and the bar staff made the experience enjoyable, but check-in was frustratingly delayed and the room wasn't properly cleaned. Amenities like the pools are great, but more attention could be given to general upkeep and staff responsiveness.

The pool area was perfect for our family, never too crowded, allowing for relaxing days under the sun. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from local attractions!

Oh man, the locally caught fish at the hotel restaurant was absolutely divine! Paired with the friendly vibe, it felt like a true taste of Veracruz. And let’s not forget the awesome pool area which was never too crowded, perfect for chilling out on a hot day!
